Who are we?

We are Shop A City, Inc. with our offices in Ashland, Al. Ashland is way, way, out in the country. Ashland is in Clay County, Alabama, the least populated county in Alabama. We own our own building in downtown Ashland (The Square) across from the Clay County Courthouse. Please stop by and visit, we have a restaurant, The Garden Terrace, in our building. It's quite nice.

History

BestIn.com is owned by Shop A City, Inc., founded in 1998. Our first Website network was in apartments and we now have over 300 apartment guide Websites. We also develop Websites, wholesale. By wholesale, I mean most of our cliens are Agencies, Marketers, Publishers and Sales Professional who know the end users, restaurants, shops, real estate brokers, apartment communities, etc. We are in the process of setting up City Guides across the United States and Canada. Our goal is to have each City Guide to be locally owned and managed and for those owners that want our help, we will be their programming department.
